Damaged or Defective Items

We want your Mucho Burro art to arrive safely and beautifully.

If your canvas arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please email us a photo as soon as possible. We’ll make it right and replace the piece at no charge.

Because every piece is made individually for your order, please contact us before shipping anything back. In most cases, we can resolve the issue without requiring a return shipment.
